rules

1. Quiet hours are observed from dusk until dawn.

2. Docks must be kept free of any personal property (bikes, canoes, dingy, etc.).

   1. Keep these items on your vessel. No items may be stored on the docks or finger piers, nor shall any modifications be made to them.

3. Marianna’s Marina has a “Carry In, Carry Out” policy for all waste.

4. The following are prohibited on the docks: bicycling, skateboarding, rollerblading, fishing, swimming, fireworks, and loud music.

5. Check-out time is 12:00pm for transient boaters.

6. No smoking allowed in the Marina office, lobby, or rest rooms.

7. No pets allowed in the Marina office, lobby, or rest rooms.

   1. All pets must be leashed at all times and are to be walked only in designated areas.

   2. Pet owners are responsible for the immediate clean-up and removal of pet waste.

8. Do not leave dock carts at your vessel; they must be returned to the proper places.

9. The storage of gasoline, diesel fuel, or any other flammable or combustible chemical or material is prohibited on the docks and finger piers, to include decorative or insect-repelling tiki torches, and gas- or charcoal-fueled barbecue or hibachi grills (marine-safe grills are permitted).
